My husband called up to get a quote last friday for a property that we were planning to buy at auction. The response... was fast and a meeting was arranged for the following Monday at my home. Ethan showed up, he was very professional and polite. He took all the details that he needed and within 48 hours we had got a range of quotes. On the day of the auction, we still hadn’t finalised a quote as there were 2 quotes that both had things that we would have liked. So Ethan went back to the insurers to see if any of them could be added to the policy. Unfortunately they couldn’t, but we decided one one quote, at 4pm, on the day of the auction, after we had won the lot we wanted. As we are now liable for the property and insurance needed to be put in place as soon as possible. Ethan stayed back at the office late to make sure the policy started the same day and we were fully covered.Cannot fault the service from this company, and would highly recommend them if you want a personal service.read more

First used their services some years ago, to provide my business with high end cover to work on Hinckley Point C... nuclear site. Extremely thorough professionally led team. What can I say about this company that hasn’t already been said?I’ve been using Holmes Insurance Brokers for just... over 3 years now and Stephen and I established a great rapport from day one.He is not only highly knowledgeable in his field and beyond, whilst offering very competitive prices, but it is his attention to detail whilst providing me with bespoke policies for my different businesses which is reassuring to say the least, and the level of service he has given, and continues to give is second to none.He is more than happy to take time to explain any industry jargon in Layman’s terms and he treats you like you are his only customer. He somehow finds time to deal with claims on your behalf. In my case, a long running subsidence claim to a rental property I own has only been dealt with due to his full support and expertise .As this company grows, it is comforting to see that they intend to continue to maintain the exceptional standard of service they provide, with the recent addition of Ethan to their staff, it is encouraging to see that he carries the same company ethics as Stephen and Roxanne have established.Many thanks!read more

Very good informative advice on risk profiles for all types of commercial insurance. We have a buildings policy... insurance which we renewed following a fire and Holmes were very informative and had good knowledge, including real case studies.
